Replacement Policy

What if my order arrives damaged or defective?

If your order arrived damaged or defective, please follow the instructions below and one of our representatives will quickly contact you. Products that are deemed damaged will be replaced at no cost to you.

1.Take a digital photo of the damaged item and the box or tube it was shipped in.

2. Attach your digital photos to an email and send them to: returns@colsonprint.com Be sure to include the full name on the order, order number, item name, and a brief description of the damage.

3. You will receive an email within 1-2 business days to let you know that your return is being processed.

If the damage or quality issue is not apparent in the photos, we may request that you provide additional information and return the item.


What If I need to change my order?

Address Changes
Please contact us as soon as possible with your new shipping address. If the order has not shipped out, we can update the shipping address. If your order is in the final stages of production we may not be able to update the shipping address.

Order Changes
If you need to change the size, image, or product type for your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we would be happy to make the change for you for no additional fee.

Order cancellation
All of our items are printed on demand and we get started on your artwork as soon as the order is placed. Due to the custom nature of our orders, all order cancellations will incur a 20% processing fee since we cannot re-sell or re-stock any items that are canceled.
